Debi Coles

Debi Coles is one of the founding partners of Never Second, a specialist business development and bid consulting firm.

She has been supporting organisations with their business development strategies for over 20 years. Debi’s core specialism is working with teams to support competitive tenders and she offers help at any stage of the process; from project management, facilitating brainstorming sessions to draw out the key selling messages, writing proposal documents, coaching presentation teams through to conducting client debriefs.  She has worked with clients to develop the skills of their own in-house bid teams through training, coaching and setting up best practice processes supported by guidance materials, template documentation and standard content.

She has direct experience of working with public sector organisations and companies which sell their services into to the public sector so understands the requirements and the challenges that selling within the sector presents.

Debi has developed and delivered a range of tailored training sessions to clients on topics including winning tenders, effective bid writing and presenting to win.
