This workshop is specifically designed for Personal Assistants in Colleges. The course will help PAs get up-to-date with the current and future changes affecting the FE sector as well as offer great networking opportunities with other College PAs.

This course will also equip you with the essential skills and techniques for managing complex relationships at work with key stakeholders including your Principal.

Steve Frampton MBE

AoC President

Steve Frampton MBE is the AoC President. He was previously Principal of Portsmouth College.

Since 2005, Steve has been Principal of Portsmouth College, a very rapidly growing and innovative stand-alone community SFC and winner of the AoC Beacon Award for ‘Effective use of Technology in Further Education’in 2017. He has been the Director of several local community charities, including Business South and PiTC (community arm of Portsmouth Football Club). Steve was also recently appointed to the National Board of Association of Colleges and was featured in the business and leadership bestseller by Chris Lewis “Too Fast to Think”.
