Ian Ashman

Ian has extensive knowledge of the challenges of leading teams effectively through change in education. Ian first became involved as a coach working with his own leadership team at a large London community college almost 10 years ago. Ian works as a coach with Chief Executives, Principals and Governors as well as senior leadership teams in education. Ian is also an adviser and advocate for further education with the private and public sector.

Bill Brand

Bill is a graduate of the Colorado College, where he majored in English and Anthropology, and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. He has been coaching and training for almost two decades and is a member of the Association for Coaching and the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science. Bill’s involvement in the learning and development field began with his interest in arts-based training and his years as an associate of The Corporate Theatre. Working with clients in Europe, North America, and the Asia/Pacific region, he is passionate about using dispute resolution to transform communication practices by replacing competitive conflict styles with cooperative ones to achieve conciliation.

Jeff Greenidge

Jeff is a highly experienced senior leader, with a reputation for independent strategic and lateral thinking. Since 2015 Jeff has worked in an interim capacity supporting senior leaders, and organisations on their development and planning for growth. As a competitive sportsman, sports coach and business coach, his approach is based on supporting the individual and organisation to improve performance through clear expectations, accountabilities, goals and longer term targets; whilst maintaining a positive culture to keep teams and individuals motivated and high-performing.

Paula Roberts

Paula is an experienced leadership coach and has worked with senior leaders across the Public, Private and Third sectors since 2003. For the last 10 years Paula has coached experienced and emerging leaders in FE with a recent focus on support to manage significant strategic, structural and financial challenges. Paula has strong expertise in working with newly appointed leaders to achieve successful and impactful transitions. Paula is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council as well as the Institute of Coaching and she holds a Masters in Coaching and Mentoring practice from Oxford Brookes University.

Larry Shulman

Larry is a strategic leadership consultant with over 25 years of experience in senior roles in major blue-chip companies, and consultancy assignments with major organisations in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Larry is an experienced coach working with senior leaders across FE as well as the private and voluntary sectors. Larry is a licensed interpreter of a number of development tools, including: Insights, TEI (team emotional intelligence), MBTI Step 1 and 2, and FIRO-B. Larry has an MBA with Distinction from Ashridge and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
